Transport

Saturday, 7 February

• A bus will depart at 7.20 a.m. from UBP’s Dubai office. Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

• If you are making your own way to the hotel, please make sure you arrive in time for the welcome coffee reception at 9.00 a.m.

Sunday, 8 February

• A bus will depart at 10.30 a.m. from the Ajman Saray Resort hotel and should arrive at UBP's Dubai office at around 12 noon, depending on traffic.

• If you are flying back to Geneva, alternative transport can be arranged from the hotel to either AUH or DXB.
  

Check-in

• To streamline the check-in process, please have your ID or passport ready upon arrival and ensure that all your bags are labelled with your name.

• Dress code: It is recommended that you wear comfortable, outdoor attire.
